Rockwell Capital Group Names Tirue Rafayelyan Chief Business Development Officer

Financial services firm Rockwell Capital Group has further solidified its C-suite by promoting Tirue Rafayelyan to the role of Chief Business Development Officer. 

Rafayelyan will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through effective strategies.

In her new role, Tirue will be dedicated to developing and implementing innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs of clients, ultimately aiming to generate sustainable revenue streams and enhance the clients' overall business performance. She’ll oversee the entire onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction. Her deep expertise in business development will also enable Rockwell to expand its client base while delivering high-value results through carefully crafted strategic activations.

With over a decade of experience in the financial and business consulting fields, Tirue has a proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional value to clients. She is committed to helping organizations achieve their goals by optimizing their financial operations, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and fostering long-term success. Her approach blends analytical insights with a keen understanding of client needs, which helps companies achieve not only short-term success but also sustainable growth over time.

Before joining Rockwell, Tirue spent more than 10 years at Paychex, where she served as a Senior Business Consultant. During her tenure, she earned recognition as a two-time recipient of Paychex’s prestigious Diamond Club Circle of Excellence Award, an honor given to only the top business advisors in the company for their outstanding contributions and trusted client relationships. In addition to her work at Paychex, she held the position of Bank Relationship Manager at Chase, further honing her expertise in financial services and client relations.

Outside of her professional achievements, Tirue is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She dedicates her time to volunteering at local homeless shelters and food banks, where she supports initiatives aimed at helping those in need.
